Adrian Martinez, 44, was found shot inside a home on the 5000 block of Cain Drive on the city’s Southside shortly after 8 a.m. on July 7, 2025. Officers responding to a 911 call discovered the 44-year-old man wounded; he was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries. The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified Adrian Martinez, 44, and determined he died from a gunshot wound sustained inside the residence.
