Alfaro Auner, 56, male, was shot and killed on the afternoon of July 27, 2025, in the yard of a home on Pinewood Place in the Tomball area of northwest Harris County, Texas. Investigators said two men approached him outside before gunfire erupted; deputies arrived around 3:30 p.m. to find Auner mortally wounded at the scene.
