Alfaro Auner, 56, male, was shot and killed on the afternoon of July 27, 2025, in the yard of a home on Pinewood Place in the Tomball area of northwest Harris County, Texas. Investigators said two men approached him outside before gunfire erupted; deputies arrived around 3:30 p.m. to find Auner mortally wounded at the scene. Although he did not live at the address, authorities noted he was related to the family at the home, and early accounts suggested the individuals involved knew one another. ...
