Ketasha Fuller, 23, a woman, was shot during the early hours of July 27, 2025, in the 100 block of Cooper Street in Danville, Virginia. Police had arrived around 3:36 a.m. to address a noise complaint and dispersed a street gathering; as officers were leaving, a single gunshot cracked the quiet and drew them back.
