Cherie Hewitt, 53, a female of White/Caucasian ethnicity, was found just after 2:24 a.m. on May 19, 2025, inside her home on the 100 block of Whaley Street in Warrenville, South Carolina. Deputies arriving on a report of a shooting found the victim unresponsive; the Aiken County Coroner pronounced her dead at 3:10 a.m. from a single gunshot wound.
