when a dispute erupted during the dice game. Marquaveous Jones, a 32-year-old man who was part of the group, reportedly left the game only to return armed with a handgun. He then demanded money from Travis Woods. When the demand was not met, Jones allegedly shot Woods and fled the scene with the victim's cash. Emergency services were called, and Woods was rushed to Regional One Hospital in critical condition, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
