Miguel Angel Flores, 39, a Hispanic/Latino male, was found mortally wounded in Carrizo Springs, Texas, in the first hour of September 19, 2025. Deputies had rushed to the area near West Thompson Street and North 17th Street after 911 callers reported a burst of gunfire around 1 a.m. They discovered Flores suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and performed life-saving measures until medics took him to Dimmit Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
