Her body had been left in an open area near the Paulsboro water tower, close to the intersection of Berkley Road and Swedesboro Avenue.
Investigators determined that Minerva Hill died from blunt force trauma to the head. When she was found, she was fully clothed and wrapped in a sheet, leading authorities to believe that she had been killed at a different location before her body was moved.
