Marcus David Antley, 66, a male and longtime Eagle Pass resident, was fatally shot shortly after midnight on September 28, 2025, outside the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino. A retired U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent known locally as “Mark,” he had gone to the casino on a busy raffle night when gunfire erupted, striking him and several others amid the crowd.
