Daniel Gormley, a White/Caucasian male, 53, left a birthday gathering in Deep Ellum on the night of September 29, 2025, and boarded a Dallas Area Rapid Transit train headed toward home. Near Market Center Station around 10 p.m., a verbal confrontation unfolded between Gormley and another passenger.
