Hezon “Haze” Level Wilson, 25, a man from Pittsburgh, was shot on the night of August 26, 2025, in the East Hills neighborhood and died at the scene despite efforts by police and medics. The gunfire erupted around 9:20–9:30 p.m. on the 2300 block of East Hills Drive, drawing officers and paramedics who found the 25-year-old with a wound to the upper body.
