Damari Harrell, 16, a male who was Black/African American, was shot and killed on the evening of July 15, 2025, in Windsor, North Carolina. Within days, the victim was publicly identified as Damari Harrell of Windsor, a student in Bertie County Schools. His family spoke out, calling for answers and justice as the investigation pressed on.
