The case of Douglas Penna is a tragic and unresolved mystery dating back to the late 1980s. Douglas Penna, who was 24 years old at the time, disappeared on April 26, 1989. His skeletal remains were not discovered until nearly a decade later, on April 30, 1999, in a remote area of Roxbury, New Hampshire.
