The tragic death of 2-year-old Chelsea Crane from Raymond, New Hampshire, remains an unsolved case since November 1993. On November 23, 1993, police were called to her home at 15 Regina Avenue, where they found Chelsea with a head injury. At the time, she had been under the care of Scott Mayo, her mother's boyfriend.
