Kasey Maria Rowley, 28, a Black female, was discovered shot to death inside her home in Hernando, Mississippi, on the night of May 15, 2025. Responding to a welfare check around 10:28–10:30 p.m. on Magnolia Ridge, officers found Kasey Maria Rowley, 28, in a back bedroom with gunshot wounds and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said there was no immediate threat to the broader community while evidence was processed and the investigation began.
