On a Saturday morning in Jackson, New Jersey, the life of 28-year-old Toraya Reid was tragically cut short. On September 6, 2025, police responded to a 911 call reporting gunfire at the Paragon Apartment complex on Larsen Road. Arriving at the scene around 11 a.m., officers discovered Reid unresponsive near the exit of the complex, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
