In the early evening of September 22, 2025, tragedy struck in the community of Mount Holly, New Jersey, when 25-year-old Andre Ross, a male resident, was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. at Mill Dam Park, near the intersection of Wall Street and Pine Street. Ross, who lived on a street adjacent to the park, suffered a single gunshot wound to the back and was pronounced dead at the scene.
