In the quiet community of Temperance, Michigan, the life of 17-year-old Gwendolyn Fay Smith was tragically cut short on Saturday, June 14, 2025. A recent graduate of Bedford High School, the female teenager was discovered deceased inside a residence on West Sterns Road. Found alongside her was 33-year-old Ryne Jacob Leist, also of Temperance.
