Troy Andre Morris, Jr., 25, a Black man from Chicago, was spending the early evening of May 15, 2025 in Calumet Park along the Far South Side lakefront when a quarrel spiraled into gunfire.
Around 6:30 p.m., in the 9900 block of South Crilly Drive, an argument erupted between Troy Andre Morris, Jr., 25, and two companions, both 26, and another person in the park.
