Kevin Ball, 48, a male Black resident of Los Angeles, was shot to death on the evening of May 24, 2025, in a narrow alley near Florence Avenue and Dalton Avenue in the city's Manchester Square area. First responders found him mortally wounded, and the county medical examiner later recorded his death as a homicide caused by multiple gunshot wounds in an alleyway. Formal identification listed him as Kevin Lamar Ball.
