A taxi cab driver is found shot after delivering a ride
Loys Flournoy, a 64-year-old cab driver, was found dead on December 8, 1988, near Mustang, Nevada, east of Reno. His taxi had been left at a location near the Western Village in Sparks, but Flournoy's body was discovered along a remote roadway. He had last been seen after picking up a fare at the Circus-Circus Casino in Reno. Investigators determined that Flournoy had been directed to the Mustang Ranch Brothel before his murder.
