Kevajae Fitch, 28, a Black/African American man, was shot and killed on July 8, 2025, in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. Shortly before noon, around 11:45 a.m., he was standing outside in the 600 block of North Monticello Avenue with a 35-year-old man when a gray car pulled up and four gunmen got out and opened fire.
