Christopher Valentine, 25, a man from Macon, Georgia, was found dead on June 12, 2025, inside a home on Birch Street after sustaining what the coroner described as a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Deputies discovered him that Thursday evening as authorities were actively looking for him in connection with a mass shooting; Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones confirmed the death as suicide.
