Larry Ford, 34, a Black male, was found just before 2 a.m. on August 27, 2025, inside a home on the 100 block of North Mason Avenue in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. Responding officers discovered him with multiple gunshot wounds; he was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
