Thomas Deluca, 70, a white male resident of Encino, California, was discovered shot to death inside his home on July 14, 2025, after a friend requested a welfare check. Officers entered the property in the afternoon and found Deluca and his wife, Robin Kaye, in separate rooms with multiple gunshot wounds.
