Late on a Sunday night in Rockford, 21-year-old Black male, Isaiah Locke was struck by gunfire in the parking lot of the Stop-N-Go at 2211 Charles Street. Officers were called just after 11 p.m. to the area of Charles Street and 11th, where they found the 21-year-old man wounded. He was taken to a local hospital and died in the early hours of September 8, 2025.
