Isaiah Starks, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2017, in Rockford, Illinois. Born on April 5, 1990, in Maywood, Illinois, Isaiah had moved to Rockford in 1998 and was a graduate of Auburn High School. On the day of his death, Isaiah was involved in a heated argument with Marcus Spates, who was parked in his SUV outside Isaiah's house.
