Larry Baldwin Sr., a 41-year-old man, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of June 21, 2025, outside a shopping/business complex in the 9500 block of Baymeadows Road on Jacksonville's Southside. Officers and Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded around 3:30 a.m., but lifesaving efforts were unsuccessful. Another victim, 19-year-old Rubisnney Giraldo-Mina, also died from his wounds at the scene. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office publicly identified both victims later, and obituary noti ...
