Sheldon G. Fulford, 53, male, Black/African American, was discovered unresponsive on the afternoon of September 21, 2025, in Chicago’s West Pullman neighborhood. Police found him in the 11800 block of South Emerald Avenue around 3:15 p.m.; he was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities later identified Sheldon G. Fulford as being from Bloomington, Illinois, and listed his age as 53.
