Charlene Ellen Stinson, age 42, was found dead on July 25, 2003, near Mogul, Nevada. Her decomposed body was discovered along a dirt frontage road by Interstate 80, west of Reno. Stinson had been missing from Alameda, California, since January 2, 2001, when she disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
