Clayton Mark Randall, age 17, male, spent Saturday, May 24, 2025, on the water with people he knew, a loose circle of friends and family who launched near the industrial banks along Birmingport Road in far western Jefferson County. As daylight drained and storms threatened, the outing wound down.
