In the late spring of 2025, a camping trip for two high school students turned into a tragedy that would grip the community with fear and uncertainty for months. Seventeen-year-old Evan Clark, a male student at Arcadia High School, and his friend, 18-year-old Pandora Kjolsrud, ventured into the Tonto National Forest for a Memorial Day weekend outing.
