Leticia 'Letty' Annette Villarreal, a 31-year-old woman, died on May 31, 2025, in Yuma, Arizona. On that Saturday night, firefighters responded to a house fire near 16th Street and 10th Avenue shortly after 11:25 p.m. Upon entering the smoke-filled residence, emergency crews discovered the unconscious bodies of Leticia Villarreal and a man later identified as 32-year-old Dustin Trease.
