On the night of June 30, 2025, Ramon Moraga, a 20-year-old male, was with his 21-year-old fiancée, Nadia Mysliwiec, in Scottsdale, Arizona, for what was supposed to be a simple sale of vape cartridges. The couple was seated in their parked vehicle near 115th Street and East Sahuaro Drive for a planned meetup when the encounter turned violent.
