Matthew David Barton, an 11-year-old white male, died tragically on July 28, 1999, in Stockbridge, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Born on February 15, 1988, in Bowie County, Texas, Matthew was the son of Mark Orrin Barton and Debra Rene Spivey.
