Michael Wayne Williams, a 25‑year‑old Black male from Cumberland County, Virginia, was arrested in Kingsland, Georgia, and charged not only with the capital murders of Morris and Mary Elizabeth Keller but also with four other killings that took place on December 24, 1992, in Prince Edward County.
