Aggie Marsh, a 97-year-old white female, died on November 14, 1984, at the North Horizon Health Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Her death was initially one of several that raised concerns among staff and investigators due to the sudden and suspicious nature of the fatalities occurring within a short time frame at the same facility.
