Diane Mae Talavera, a 37-year-old woman, was one of several victims in a chilling string of homicides that plagued Riverside County, California, during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Diane Mae Talavera, a Latina woman, was reported missing in April 1988. Her body was later discovered in Lake Elsinore, a small town located about 60 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
