Jason John, a 30-year-old male from Austin, Texas, was found dead in Lady Bird Lake on February 13, 2023. He had been reported missing eight days earlier after a night out with friends in the Rainey Street area. According to the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office, his cause of death was determined to be drowning, and the manner of death was ruled accidental.
