Nancy Cobbs, a 44-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, Ohio, was last seen on April 24, 2009. Before her disappearance, she was known as an active mother of three. Her life, like many of the other victims in this case, had been marked by struggles with addiction and periods of incarceration.
