Judith Ann Oesterling, a 19-year-old white female originally from Indiana, was the first known victim in a chilling series of unsolved homicides later dubbed the "Flat-Tire Murders." Her body was discovered on January 26, 1975, floating face-down in the Snake Creek Canal near Highway 27 in Broward County, Florida.
