Teresa Ann Carmichael Hall, a 25-year-old white woman, was found dead on December 10, 1991, in Cypress, Jackson County, Florida. She and her 5-year-old daughter, Tiffany Hall, were both murdered in their home, a case that shocked the small Panhandle community.
