On December 10, 1991, five-year-old African American girl Tiffany LeighAnn Hall was found dead alongside her mother, 26-year-old Teresa Hall, in Cypress, Jackson County, Florida. Tiffany had been born on January 28, 1986, and was just shy of her sixth birthday at the time of her death.
