Andy Lou Jiles Sutton, a 37-year-old white woman, was found brutally murdered on November 9, 1995, in her apartment in Bossier City, Louisiana. She was a mother of four—three sons and a daughter—whose ages at the time were 19, 17, 8, and 6.
