A 7 yr old is beaten to death by mom and step-father
Roderick 'RJ' Arrington, a 7-year-old boy, tragically died on November 29, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a result of severe abuse at the hands of his mother, Dina Palmer, and his stepfather, Markiece Palmer. RJ had recently moved to Las Vegas from Bloomington, Illinois, to live with his mother and stepfather. The abuse escalated when the boy failed to read a Bible passage and complete his homework.
