Josephine Konvicka, a 73-year-old woman, was found slain inside her home in Fayette County, Texas, on June 4, 1999. She had lived in the area for many years and was well known in her community. Her death was one of several murders linked to Angel Maturino Resendiz, a notorious serial killer known as the "Railroad Killer".
