Janene Marie Weinhold, a 21-year-old White woman, was tragically murdered on February 16, 1990, in Clairemont, San Diego, California. Her death was part of a series of brutal killings that terrorized the area in early 1990. Weinhold was one of several victims targeted by Cleophus Prince Jr., a serial killer who preyed on young women in and around the Buena Vista Gardens apartment complex.
