In the pre-dawn hours of May 24, 2014, the life of Harold Luis Williams, a 53-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Las Vegas, Nevada. His body was discovered shortly before 4 a.m. on a sidewalk in the 700 block of West Mesquite Avenue. The stillness of the morning was shattered by the grim finding; Williams had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
