Stanley Andrew Janus, a 25-year-old Polish-American man, tragically lost his life on September 29, 1982, in Arlington Heights, Illinois. His death was part of the infamous Chicago Tylenol Murders, a series of poisonings that claimed multiple victims. Stanley, along with his newlywed wife, Theresa Janus, and his brother, Adam Janus, unknowingly ingested cyanide-laced Extra-Strength Tylenol capsules, leading to their sudden and unexpected deaths.
