Helen Dorrance, a 26-year-old woman, was found deceased on September 18, 1993, in rural Peoria County. Her body was discovered alongside another victim, Marcia Logue, in a drainage ditch in the 500 block of South Cameron Lane. The circumstances surrounding her death were deeply unsettling, as she was found nude, suggesting a possible violent crime.
