On December 29, 2024, 19-year-old Fandashia Guillory was fatally shot in Beaumont, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 7 p.m. in the 4300 block of Fonville Avenue, where officers responded to a welfare check that quickly escalated into a homicide investigation. Upon arrival, police discovered Guillory suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. She was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital by emergency medical services, but she later succumbed to her injuries.
